Review content:
Would look past this facility for a loved one who has dementia or Alzheimer's. This company is more concerned with their appearance and the financial opportunity a resident can provide them. The staff operates more as hotel maids than caregivers for the elderly. They can offer the family very little information on the family member's loved one and the administration staff is not far behind in their knowledge (lack thereof ) of what is actually happening in the facility and residents. They focus more on ""liability"" and do accept any responsibility when at fault. It is well overpriced for the care these elderly receive. The best we can say about the facility would be the food even though most of it was frozen not fresh!
