I'd suggest you not bother doing business with Frankford Leather. They come off as very friendly on the phone but they can't get an order straight to save their 'soles'. I called to ask about a particular men's toplift and about their leather. They insisted on sending a sample of each. When I called back with an order, they sent toe tips (60 pr.) instead of heels and shorted me some other items out of the order. I called and told them I was sending the toe tips back (at my expense) and to please send 100 pair of the men's toplifts and chage me for the difference. They sent me 90 pairs of TL and charged me for 100 and then claimed they never got the toe tips I sent back so I didn't get my credit for THEIR screw ups. I'm out over $60 for products I didn't get after I even paid shipping to get their mess back to them. I've been in the business since 1965 and I've never seen this level of incompetence. It's like dealing with the Three Stooges trying to get anything straight with those folks so find another wholesaler and save your time and money. I suggest calling Weiner in Va., They're far better organized.
