Since no tenants had left any reviews, I will start. Please think twice about renting from this so called property manager. See items below.
* Cat urine stains was never cleaned nor was offered.
* carpet was dirty when moved in and she produced a fake cleaning receipt.
* The owner never paid a dime of mortgage after I moved in. I have foreclosure notice on my door the day I moved out. And, I have been getting it regularly while I was there.
* She has all the intention to keep your deposit and every penny of it.
* Refuse to repair washer, dryer and fix leaky sinks unless you complaint.
* If you have to do it walk-thru or renting from her, please have camera ready and document all items before you sign off anything. Yes, photo documentation, otherwise, she will deny everything.
I hope you take my lessons and never will rent anything from this property manager.
