We took our brand new Rav4 in to fix some scratches to the Salem store. Ron is one of the most helpful customer service representatives I have ever dealt with. He kept in contact with us and was always available to answer any questions that we had. He helped us get a rental car and when the repairs were completed, helped us return it. He signed us up for the deductible assistance program (which was really helpful.)\r

I cannot say enough about the professionalism and helpfulness that Ron exhibited. I would highly recommend working with him
