I was shocked and amazed how good Dirt Buster cleaned my carpet. I would not be afraid to eat food that landed on my carpet. That's how good Jim, Dirt Busters, cleaned the carpet. He goes over the carpet in a two or three system process. Also, the cleaning stuff is dry. The carpet is never soaking wet. It feels damp and drys in no time! Amazing.
This review is long over due. I had my carpet cleaned Oct, or Nov of last year. My carpet was old and had some stains that would not come up by other carpet cleaning companies. I would have it steamed cleaned every 6 months. I watched him cleaned my carpet and saw how he got lots of dirt up. I was amazed and saw it was dirtier than I thought. The carpet is about 10 years old. It was the first carpet since being built. Dirt stain kept coming back after a few months. Dirt Busters got rid of those dirt stains. When they finish cleaning, I had no stains in my carpet. The fibers has a shine, and looks new. I am very grateful for them because Dirt Busters saved me money and gave me hope in making my carpet look new again. I am saving to buy hard wooden floors someday. I need to them come back again because a friend's dog peed several times and it causing confusion with my new adopted small little maltese dog. He had 3 accidents. He has been good about using his wee wee pad. I think the smell is driving him crazy and he wants to mark his home. I need to have the old peed smell and stain removed. If it had not been for the peed stain. I would have waited until Oct or Nov one year later for Jim to clean my carpet again.
Anyhow, thank you Dirt Busters (Jim) for making my carpet clean and look new again. Also, for keeping carpet dry and not soaking wet.
