This is the real deal folks.........insanely delicious creole food! The shrimp creole salad was so delicious, a must-have starter. I ordered 10 entrees to-go & everything was ready & steaming hot when I arrived as promised. Everything was fabulous. The crawfish etouffee was so creamy & delicious. The shrimp creole was perfectly seasoned. The jambalaya was incredible! My favorite was the red beans w/andouille sausage. The sausage was spicy & delicious & the beans were so creamy & tasty.\r
Whatever you do, don't leave without a serving of the bread pudding. Yum! This is good stuff & is served with a sweet & delicious whiskey sauce.
Pros: Excellent food, friendly service
Cons: Only wish it were closer to Carlsbad where I live & I'd be there every week eating!
