Advertise that they are in Indy. 1 office in Cumberland and 1 in Muncie. They have horrible communication since everything is done through the assistants unless you make an appt. w/ the lawyer. The assistant has tried on many occasions to override what the lawyer has told us which has dragged on our petition signing 3 weeks. The number they give for your creditors to call is a vm line that is always full, and you have to pay them $50 before they'll give you this number. Who do you think your creditors will call if they aren't getting a live person at the lawyers office. You have to PIF before they do any work. Everyone should know that PIF before work complete is never a good arrangement. They may be the cheapest one you can find - just remember, you get the quality of work that you pay for in this office.
