Review content:
The St Regis Bal Harbour will be the most high end hotel and condo development in FL, when completed in early 2012. Best location in Miami, across from exclusive Bal Harbour Shops.
Condo unit inventory has decreased a lot in late 2010, so if you are going to buy there, check with the St Regis sales people before all the preferred units are gone. I think there are only 2 ""pie-shaped"" units left in the center tower.
We worked with Leeor Bar-Haim, an Israeli-American, at the St Regis. Really sweet, knowledgeable, non-pushy guy, and most importantly, honest.
