Generally a good experience. But the colorist who does my highligths just doesn't get it. Every time (twice thus far) I've had my hair highlighted I've had to go back for a redo!!!!! At $270 dollars for a full head highlights, and 2 1/2 hours to process - to have to go back and have it redone because it's too dark!!!!!!! Ikes!!! Something is wrong.\r

The cut was ok, not great. But I just found a new stylist there that was great.\r

Very expensive and I would go else where if I knew who could do a better job.
Pros: Nice salon atmosphere - lots of room, not squeezed into the next customer in the chair
Cons: Inconsistent. Redos on color/highlights is unacceptable at these prices
