I am wondering if because we are women, they like to lie and charge for services they haven't COMPLETED!!!!
I took my vehicle for an oil change. I was told that it would take a hour to finish. A hour later, I get a phone call from one of the associates. He mentioned that I needed addtional work done and then he said that I needed an alignment. Now here is the kicker!!! I just took my car there 3 weeks prior to get an alignment!!!!
THAT'S RIGHT, THE ASSOCIATE FROM THIS SAME FIRESTONE SAID THAT I NEEDED AN ALIGNMENT
He said that I needed the back tires were bad and that I needed tires. Okay, if the techs from firestone had performed the alignment, wouldn't they had known that I had bad tires in the first place?
After I futher questioned him, he said that he hadn't looked at my history. Wow!!!!!
I just couldn't believe the dishonesty that people will do to make money.
But believe you me, you reap what you sow!!!
I will be reporting this to Firestone Corporation. I don't know what much will happen, but if this review can help at least a few people out there to take their vehicle to a more reputable business, I've made my point!!!
