I already wrote Shamrock Quality Services a positive review online! But I'm happy to do it again for them. This company does work on many different levels. I used them for chimney sweeping. Normally, I wouldn't even think of having it checked out, I'd just go to light a fire and realize I should really have that checked.
They had a really good coupon, so I researched their company and all their other reviews were really good so I gave them a call. He returned my call immediately and was able to book an appointment for the following day. They let me know that they would call about 30 mins prior to the appointment to confirm. They did just that. I really, really appreciated that touch because they were respectful of my time as well as theirs.
The technician who came out was newer and learning. Even though he was an apprentice, he was very knowledgeable and courteous. He cleaned up after himself which I really appreciated.
After the appointment, Mike followed up with me via email immediately. He offered free advice and took a proactive role in his suggestions. It is obvious they take pride in their work.
