On the website at every price is "" & up"" and the phrase ""prices are subject to change"". This allows adjustment if need be. One Daughter had several colors in her hair from bleaching at home as she disclosed to the stylist. This made it a corrective color and therefore changed the price as she was informed. On completion of her service she expressed she loved it and thanked her stylist. Avessa is designed entirely of oak, granite, is impeccably clean and the florescent lighting; each bulb is a soft hue bulb designed best lighting. Every phone call is answered unless we are closed. A Flat screen TV and a Bose sound system is for clients to listen to or watch what they wish. A menu is posted at the entrance for all clients to view. As beauty professionals, none of us would have offensive body odor and our central air is set at a comfortable 68 degrees. No tip would EVER be demanded, and the 3 individuals were given free manicure gift certificates to thank them for patronage; they did come back and use them. It is a shame that some individuals do not have a tactful way to express themselves and the correct spelling is
