Dr. Crudele helped us out with a difficult problem when no other doctor seemed to care. The staff was friendly and eager to give us an appointment. The office ran on time. Dr. Crudele sent our prescriptions electronically to the pharmacy and everything seemed to run smoothly. But I was friday and something got messed up. I spoke directly to Dr. Crudele on a Friday night and he fixed it immediately.
