Review content:
Lived in Twin Lakes for 3 years. When I first moved in, it was a good community, probably the best deal in the area. After new ownership took over, prices skyrocketed, with no new service and nothing improved. They did rebuild the main office building to impress new tenants, but nothing was improved with the apartments. It took facilities 2 months to fix my broken air conditioner unit last summer because they were waiting for parts......perfect example of the lack of service you recieve here. The people that work in the office cop an attitude when you have an issue and don't seem to want to accomodate. Also upon leaving, I was charged $50 for a dirty refrigerator (that I wiped down and cleaned myself), and for a dirty bathtub (which I washed out myself). This was after I paid a $100 fee when I moved in that was to be applied for cleaning after I left. They were unwilling to resolve this for me and unwilling to accomodate, and honestly I feel pretty ripped off about it.
