I also have to counter the bad review below. I had an eye emergency and Dr Lee saw me the next morning. My appointment was 9:30am and I was walking out of the office by 12:30 with a repaired retina (laser). Dr. Lee is great and his staff is great - extremely efficient. This office is a well oiled machine - they move a lot of people through. The waiting room is not fancy and quite crowded because most patients, like me, need someone with them to drive. You have the option of waiting outside the office in the hallway - there are several comfortable benches and chairs. Just let the staff know you will be outside and they put a huge note on your chart to look for you there. Easy! You should expect to be moved in and out of exam rooms several times during your visit. I had my eyes tested and then got dilation drops and back out to the waiting area. Then I was back in for Dr Lee's exam which confirmed my need for laser. I had the option of waiting for an hour or scheduling late in the day. We choose to wait and went down stairs to the deli - great coffee! Then back to the office for more drops and about 15 minutes later I was in the laser room. That procedure lasted only about 5 minutes and then I was good to go. This is THE place to have your eyes taken care of.
