If you want to hire a lawyer who will not spend any time reviewing the facts of your case and overcharge an arm and a leg for such little work, this is your law office. The lawyer worked with in this law office did not argue for the client, research the client's case, or even spend time reviewing the facts of the case, as he could not have been presented with easier facts to win his case. He did not even present one piece of research from Kansas cases that could have helped the client. Furthermore, once the other side requested to drop the charges, the lawyer did not follow up on this request, and instead lost the client's case, something almost unheard of. Basically, this lawyer did not do any work, showed up to court, sat there, and did nothing. Absolutely nothing. This demonstrates a level of laziness and disinterest that does not meet the minimum threshold that legal representation is supposed to ensure. This lawyer will not do the ground work it takes to win his case. Finally, if you are a woman, I would definitely not use this office because the men are very unhelpful to female clients and treat them as if they are ignorant.
