I must admit I hated going to the dentist and was a big coward. About two years ago I decided to finally see a dentist, a friend of mine highly recommended her so I took my chance. I was pleasantly surprised by her caring and compassionate attitude toward my treatment. She got me totally involved in my treatment plan and what impressed me the most was her willingness to explain to me how I can achieve a healthy mouth. Most importantly she devoted her full attention on me and made me feel special. Everytime I go back to the office I still feel special and as a matter of fact I look forward to my visits.
Pros: caring, attentive, explains the treatment, stands by her work, perfectionist, accessible, teamwork, and etc.
Cons: sometimes have to wait since she gives her full attention to the patient.
