Businiess name:  Tataki

Review content:
I've been to Tataki many times seeing as I live two blocks down. I take everyone here who enjoys high quality sushi at a reasonable price. The chefs Ray and Kin are fun to talk to if you sit at the sushi bar. The wait staff is friendly and eager to explain Tataki's sustainable concept. Even the decor of the restaurant is fashioned from sustainable materials. If you like spicy the Dynamite roll is a must try. The rest of the specialty rolls are well thought out and most importantly, delicious. And the sashimi is some of the best I've had in the city. It usually gets busy around 9 or so Thursday through Saturday and it only seats about 20. This is a great little neighborhood spot. Pros: Sushi, Service, Good date spot Cons: Not always enough seats
