Businiess name:  Foster, Bronwen, Dvm - South Mesa Veterinary Hospital

Review content:
Dr. Greg Burns, DVM of the South Mesa Veterinary Hospital is very personable and helpful. Sadie is unworthily to be a receptionist. Her communication skills are non exist. Sadie has brunet mid-length, stringy hair. She is full of herself and doesn’t understand the concept of customer service. She has NO regard for customer’s feelings or needs. Sadie needs a re-evaluation of her priorities. The clinic and patients need to have a higher concern on her priority list. Her phone persona and one on one attitude shows her disregard for the clinics customers and patients. Dr. Burns I guess she must have had something good about her when you hired her. What you saw in her skill level, she lost. I feel you can’t fix a problem if you don’t know about it.
