Review content:
I am not a medical professional and when I need a procedure, I sure expect that my doctor/ dentist will explain to me what permanent changes they are making to my body. Unfortunately that wasn't the case here. I needed a tooth implant that my insurance wouldn't cover so Ostad recommended a “bridge”. Only when he chiseled away 75% of the two neighboring molars did I realize what was happening to me. He said the bridge would cover all 3 teeth, but he didn’t say he would have to completely destroy two HEALTHY molars in order to put it on.\r
\r
Ostad + staff + front desk worker all kept pushing for me to get my teeth cleaned. On the 6th time I got asked, I said OK. That was the second mistake. The whole cleaning lasted about 5 minutes. He was extremely rough and careless, and had no concern for pain on a patient.\r
\r
Installed 1 year ago, my bridge has been hurting me every single day. I was told the pain would go away after 2 weeks…it didn’t. I still can not drink anything hot/ cold or chew on my left side at all. I went to a different dentist, who recommended me to “go to the dentist who installed it first because he knew his work best”. I said please don’t send me back there and I would help them request X-rays from Ostad. And of course, 4 months later, I’m still waiting for the X-rays.\r
\r
If you have anything more than a filling to be done…PLEASE get a second opinion. Or you will end up like me, with a decision you will regret for the rest of your life + chronic pain to live with.
