I discovered Orion Cleaning Solutions through a promotion. I got a really good deal. I worked with Mason, who was excellent. At first, I thought he was just trying to get me to spend more money, but he was very honest. I showed him the rooms and the work that needed done, and he was very accommodating. I asked how much it would cost to do more, and he gave me a good price. I trusted him.
He was very efficient and neat. He was on time, pleasant, and he worked hard. He was in and out quickly, which is what I want, but he also spent his time working.
He came back the other day, and we discussed getting gum out of the carpeting. He did not have time to do it that day, but he told me he would come back. When I told him I might try myself, he offered advice and gave me products to try for free. He also offered to come back if necessary for a good price. It was a very pleasant experience. I have already recommended them.
