Unfortunately the Front Desk service brings Dr. Aszterbaum's score down. Because of their negligence, lack of professionalism & plain rudeness, I have decided to go with a different doctor. I called their prescription services almost a month ago & have still not gotten a call back, nor any action. I continue to try and contact them with no response. Dr. Aszterbaum has always been a helpful & caring doctor, but the support system around her has made me so irate that I had to give this bad review.
