I went to see Dr. Crane when I found out I was pregnant. I had just moved back to Orange County and didn't have a regular doctor. On my first visit, the front desk was extremely rude to me as my last name had recently changed due to marriage; however, my insurance still was under my maiden name. Front desk gave me attitude that the doctor might not be able to see me because of this, I was on the verge of tears and then all of a sudden, they told me the doctor could see me. Same appointment I had an ultrasound where I found out my baby had stopped growing and I would need to do a D&C procedure since I would eventually miscarry. The ultrasound technician was extremely rude asking me, ""haven't you noticed that you haven't had pregnancy symptoms for the last couple of weeks?"" Well, NO it was my first pregnancy, I wasn't sure what symptoms were normal. Also, I've had to wait over 1.5 hours for each appointment I've had there, which is really annoying when you have to leave work early to get to the appointment on time and then have to wait that long. I am looking for a new doctor now.
