I've lived in Carmichael for 16 years and on several occasions, the most recent of which was a about 3 months ago, I have used this facility. If anything, the level of care and now, particularly since they are affiliated with the Sutter Medical system, their followup of patient visits has improved through the years. They are adequately staffed with friendly doctors, nurses and support staff to the extent that my wait time has been very reasonable, usually within 1/2 hour of arrival. This is my ""go-to"" place when I know I don't need to see my primary care physician or sub-specialist. I am very confident in their knowledge and highly recommed Med 7. It's particulrly good to know there are both a lab and x-ray capabilities at this location.
