Review content:
I saw Jesse Watts who is just a PA, and she was so unprofessional. I tried to ask a question over and over, but she interrupted me more than three times giving me the same answer which didn't address the question I was trying to ask. If she had waited until I finished, she would have found out that I was asking a totally different question than the one she thought I was asking. I finally got my question asked and a relevant answer given, but I should have gotten to ask the whole question the first time I tried to ask. I realize that some people had a positive experience with Jesse. However, NO ONE should have to be subjected to this unprofessionalism under any circumstances, especially from someone in her position who deals with patients. I work in customer relations and would never treat one of my clients this way! Needless to say, I will not be going back to her or Johnson County Dermatology.
