Review content:
Avoid this place at all costs! I scheduled an appointment because I had some spots appear on my arm that I thought were unsightly. After looking at them, they determined that they should freeze them off with some liquid nitrogen. I was told that they would scab over and flake off, and eventually you would never know anything had ever been done. Three months later, I look like someone has been putting out cigarettes on my arm. I healed a compound fracture of my right leg in that amount of time! I don't know if it will ever look right again.\r
The worst part of this whole experience is that they told me when I left that I owed NOTHING for the visit. Figuring I had some co-pay or something that needed to be paid, I clarified that I do not, and will not owe anything, and they told me I did not. Of course a few weeks later I get a bill for $40. When I called to ask about it, they gave me the runaround, and even admitted that they were wrong, and that they should have handled things differently, but then told me to pay or they were going to send me to collections! I would like to see what would happen if a retail store or a regular business sent someone a bill after they overcharged someone. \r
Like I said, avoid this place at all costs. All I got for my visit was a bill after being lied to about it, and a scarred arm.
Pros: The doctor was nice, although she scarred me for life.
Cons: Everything. Long wait, being lied to at the pay window, being scarred.
