Thought we found a nice lighting spot in the neighborhood; we were sadly mistaken. \r

Placed an order and promised to receive in 2 weeks. Did not hear a thing for 3 weeks. Came in to ask about it in the 4th week and promised a call back. Heard nothing for another week. \r

Bottom line is that our 2 week order turned into 6+ weeks where we were so frustrated that we cancelled our order and received a full refund. They weren't even a bit remorseful/apologetic for their incompetent behavior. \r

Complete waste of time. We could have bought and installed lights in at least half the time had we gone to a more professional place. \r

I challenge them to respond to this.\r

Never again. They don't even deserve one star.
