Review content:
Very unprofessional, unethical, money/commission minded, don't care about the client, agents are abusive. They don't deserve to be in the business. Don't know all the CA/state/county rules/polices and don't guide the clients. More interested to close the deal to get their share of commission. \r
Ray, probably Lillian's Husband, is another big player in the all this. He always cooks up something to get the clients sign papers wven when all the contengencies are not removed. Poses as if working with client but he is more worried about commission.\r

Agents are abusive, mostly work with other party or agent to put something in the papers but never bargain anything from seller or gain even a single penny of work for client...for agents...roof broken is no big deal, walk thru or demo on appliances is no big deal. They care about their commission. They pose more as seller agents and state seller has right to do this or that...don't tell what are buyer's rights...\r

Don't work with this realty of agents....they are biased and will rip you off.
