I needed to buy three Toto toilet, not clear on what was appropriate for my three bathroom house. The sales person Edward Lau has encyclopedic knowledge of toilets, local codes, practical issues, and features that I was unaware of -- like Sana Gloss. After three long phone calls over a period of two weeks, and lots of internet research, I placed my order today with Edward.
His patience and good questions allowed him to make great recommendations that balanced price and functionality. Terrific service. Sure, I could have saved $20 a toilet buying on the internet, but talking to somebody who knows the product was well worth it.
