HOUSE OF HORROR PART 2 (July 16th, 2012) - A RUDE FOLLOW UP
Appalling Customer Service. Countless Phone Harassments from employees.
Its been 1 week, since the above incident described and this morning at 8:57AM I was contacted by the owner Mike, leaving a voicemail. The voicemail was somewhat apologetic, and stated his sincerity in offering a compensation due to what had happened to my pets at his grooming service. He acknowledges that I have several reviews online, and stated we must talk. And for me to call him and see what could be compensated for this matter. Weary to call back, but eventually made the decision to see what his explanation would be for the unprofessional services that were provided. RUDE awakening, there were no efforts expressed to resolve the issue platonically.
When I returned the call, his attitude protruded immediately as ""What do you want?"" Its not a matter as what ""I"" want, when you were the one who contacted me. He wanted to know what had happened, but was obnoxiously cut-off by him countless amount of times. Skip to the chase he says, so I tell him since you've called I would like a full refund. And he says how much? But as I was giving him a detailed breakdown, I was interrupted time and again by him. He was malice, abrupt, and ill-mannered. Therefore, I calculated the total of $125 for him, $55 for one dog, $60 for another, and $10 TIP for the unqualified untidy groomer. SO he says, ""you come down to my store, on Monday let me see your face. I need to know who you are."" In reply, I say ""no, sir I will not be at your store Monday to collect what is rightfully mine. I have a job. Should you be sincere about your wrong doings, then you can send an apology note & the refunded amount."" Then he lost control on the phone. Screaming, cursing, claiming my online reviews are blackmail. But in actuality, his ""Monday, come down to my store and I need to see your face"" is a valid treat. HAVE A NICE DAY was my end reply, as I discontinued his nasty rant.
At the end of the day, $125 is not the point. It's the principle. And people should know, that his shop is filled with hooligans, and unrefined vulgar aggressive individuals.
After the ""conversation"" w/ owner Mike, his juvenile employees begin to call my phone with a blocked number. And starts with the harassments, then hanging up. Thinking their identities will remain anonymous. Rest assured, a POLICE report has been made. PET OWNERS BEWARE.
