All i did was call to inquire then maybe set up an appt... got an ad in val-pack the prices seemed good.. They are very rude on the phone then i stated i may call back i was still going to price shop, i was hung up on!!!!!! So i ended up calling another company i found in val-pack Capital Carpet, they were out this morning on time very professional and great prices!!!
