Review content:
I have been to Middletown Animal Clinic for years, but the past 3 have been quite poor and I am no longer a customer. First of all, you can save on your shots and basic care by going other places. Second, the hours are lousy and the customer service is non-existent. They are rude on the phone and roll their eyes! They will not work with you or be flexible, even to long-time customers who have spent thousands of dollars at the business. They ""open"" at 8:30 am (no early hours to accomodate the working) and usually don't start answering the phone until 9 am. At least one of my cats and dog has gotten sick after each trip to the kennel there, and wow they sure experimented with the dog's dietary needs caused by allergies, putting it on odd diets before picking out the kibble that made the most sense in the first place. Yes, this was up to me as the owner to make the food decision, but I expect the Doctor to be the authority there.
Pros: Good kennel prices
Cons: no customer service
