Review content:
Market has nice plasma TVs on the wall, and lots of younger people as well as families keep the place lively. The bar attracts young singles and cotton candy attracts the children. Service was great, and the dishes were good but nothing was outstanding.
We started with the hat trick tartare, brooklyn rolls and mac and cheese muffins. Of the three, the hat trick tartare was my favorite.
I ordered the Mustard and Maple Glazed Salmon for my entree, thinking it might be an interesting flavor. The glaze ended up reminding me of teriyaki sauce and the salmon itself was good. The sauteed spinach and cherry tomatoes that accompanied it were okay, but the artichoke hearts were from the can, not fresh. Everything was just a little too oily.
A friend ordered the Baja Tacos with Mahi Mahi though, and those looked a lot tastier. If I do return, I'll likely try the thin crust pizza. They have several varieties including a special. Tonight's featured sopressata.
Pros: Nice service, Good variety on menu
Cons: Some of the dishes could be better executed
