I have been a customer of the Charles Wallace insurance agency for over 24 years now. It is the only insurance company I've had since I started driving. The staff is always friendly and willing to help. They even call
you to review your policies to see if there are any changes that will work better, instead of waiting for you to call to ask for any available discounts. I especially appreciate the extra effort (without complaints)
provided by Cindy Barker. She will tirelessly answer question after question and email after email, regardless of how similar the quote request was to the previous dozen quotes. In addition to the excellent staff, I have never had any issues any claims. The process is simple and the responses are quick.
