I may have finally figured out how to navigate using you very busy service department. From now on I will contact Natashia Wilson. My prior visit they could not find my appointment in the system. I was just trying to get my oil changed on the Cadillac I had recently purchased from Good Chevrolet. I left and had the service done else where. When I called prior to bringing our Jaguar in I made the appointment for early Friday morning. Again they could not find me in the system. My battery was the original in our 2001 Jaguar. It would not hold a charge. When I pulled up I parked in a stall right outside the service bay. An employee said I needed to pull inside for service. My car would not start even with a jump. That is when I was told they would get back to me. After twenty minutes Natashia approached me and asked if she could help. She actually walked out to my car and identified that the battery was probably the original. She called me a few hours later letting me our car was ready. If it had not been for GREAT help, I was ready to have my car towed somewhere else. Driving the car home when we turned on the radio is was dialed in full volume with rap music. I will contact your service center one more time for work that needs to be done on my Cadillac. Hopefully I have figured out how to navigate your service department. Dave Hopkins
