Review content:
I had the great misfortune of shipping a package through this UPS store to a buyer on an eBay transaction. I learned through the buyer that the shipment never arrived there. I went back to this UPS store today and was treated nicely by the young man up front, but when the manager came over, the whole thing went south in a hurry. He was rude, arrogant, made it clear if there was a mistake it was mine, not his. But even after I PROVED with documentation that I was right and they had made a mistake in the shipping label, he refused to budge and then actually asked me not to use his business any more. Only then did he offer a possible solution, as if he was doing me a favor, of trying to contact the place where the package had been mistakenly shipped. Why he didn't start out that way is beyond comprehension. But this man's business should not be supported. And that nice young man up front deserves better employment than with Jim.
Pros: Nice young man works up front, but owner has to go
Cons: The owner, Jim, is an arrogant, rude man
