Review content:
This facility is awesome. I never have to wait far beyond my appointment time, which is a blessing compared to the other two doctor offices in Wendell. They also accept walk-in patients, so getting seen in a pinch is not a problem either.
Dr. Clayton is fantastic. He's got a great sense of humor and he takes his time discussing your issues and resolutions with you, rather than collecting a copay and rushing you out the door. His PA is stellar as well.
They pay great attention to detail up here, the blood tech can tap a vein like nobody's business. She found a prominent yet tiny vein in my arm from which to draw blood, and I didn't even feel her stick me with the needle. Much better than the collapsed veins I've experienced elsewhere.
And after you've had your blood panels done, they don't pull this 'we'll call you if something is wrong' nonsense. No, they schedule you for a free return visit to discuss your numbers and really educate you about your health.
5 stars all the way around. Wonderful, quick, caring practice. Can't believe I waited so long to give up on my old family practice in favor of this one. It might not be a fancy new building, but it's also not a dump, and the people inside really care...and it shows!
