Review content:
The sales rep needed both my husband and I to be present. It was a 3 hour sales pitch with video and extensive sales talk. We gave him a deposit and signed a form that we had 3 days to reconsider. After one day we decided to cancel. We weren't really given 3 days because he left at 9:00pm on Friday and dated the form until Tuesday. So, I called and said I would Express the signed cancellation form, but the receptionist said that the sales rep would be in my town that day and he can pick up the cancellation form, will only take 5 minutes. He arrived along with another man, introduced as someone with "higher" power in the financing end, since we originally were going to finance this job. We told them we couldn't do the job because we were in plans of refinancing the house and getting this job down on credit would ruin our chances to refinance. They PUSHED to go with "their" bank to refinance, etc...we insisted NO...after an hour and a half they left, had to ask them for my deposit back!!! BUT at the end of the week I receive an approved credit card with my name and Ohio State Waterproofing on it and a credit report. So, in short, they ran my credit, submitted my finances. all without my consent.....so please don't give them any info.......
