Review content:
Had Benjamin Franklin Plumbing come out and install a new hot water heater in 2004. The pressure relief valve started to open in 12/08. Called them back out and they said the heater was 9 years old and it should be replaced, along with a new water reducing valve to the house and an expansion tank. Total cost over $3,000. I told them the heater was only 5 years old, it was installed in 2004. He showed me the serial number to prove it was 9 years old. I said then whoever installed it in 2004 sold me a used water heater and charged me for a new one. He said yes. I said it was his company who did this. Oops. Bye bye. Had another plumber come in and install an expansion tank for $220. Problem solved. \r

You will have to be crazy to use this company. Lots of good ones in the Nashville area.
