Review content:
I went to key auto werks on multiple occasions as they were recommended. They return calls, give you timely information BUT are at times, unprofessional. My impression was that they are not motivated to work with one's warranty. It was uncomfortable arranging for drop-off/pick-up although it is advertised as part of their services. More importantly, I was surprised with some of the hot tempered responses I would get with respect questions regarding the repairs and costs. It is difficult for me to make an assessment of the quality of their repairs but I will say I was not happy with certain approaches and recommendations. I gave them the benefit of the doubt one too many times.
