Bad experience!! Worst customer service I have ever had compared to several other optical places I have been to. Poor communication and one of the young guy at the front desk is very rude. Should not be hired! No manager or higher level staff come out to clear the situation or explain why simple little thing cannot be done (but I found it can be done at other optical stores). They just lose business doing 4 glasses for me and my family. Will never go there again and will not recommend to anyone.
