I had biked here from my house and not only did they bring water for my dog, they brought me a cup of water too! That was a great personal touch.
When I had called earlier that day to make an appointment for my dog to get her shots updated, they were helpful on the phone and it was easy to make an appointment. They also reccomended some other shots that my other vet had never given her, and since I occasionally board my dog I decided to take them--I'd rather her be vaccinated for something she'll never be exposed to than to be under vaccinated and catch something.
I chose this place because it was closer to my home than my usual vet, and I was actually afraid I'd regret choosing convenience over a known quantity--and I don't regret it at all!
The veterinary assistants were great with my dog, they befriended her before taking blood or doing any examinations, so my dog was very calm throughout the whole appointment. The only down side is the vet didn't take time to befriend my dog, s
