I've only had to deal with them for jewelry and that area of the store was nice. You have to walk through the other areas to get to it though and the other areas do not leave a good impression as it is pretty run down. But I spent most of my time in the jewelry area so I have to say that I was satisfied with that area. The staff was nice and I was happy with my dealings with them. However, I have a friend who pawned a piece of jewelry and didn't have a great experience especially since they gave her very little for what was a relatively expensive piece.
