My experience with this office is that they over schedule patients and push expensive treatments and services. \r \r Was pushed to have laser treatment of my gums. Was told it would essentially 'sterilize' the tissue. How could a laser eliminate every bacterial cell? How could they be sure the laser application would be safe when diving into tiny pockets? Luckily I did my research and found out laser gum treatment is controversial. I declined their repeated recommendations.\r \r Had a crown put in that required repeated visits to get a good bite match. Not picky stuff, just basic care. Klim would install the crown, then dart over to another pt, come back, make adjustments, then tell me to come back because it didn't seem quite right. I'd rather he just stayed in the room with me and get it right the first time!\r \r The staff is very nice and it took a while to realize that I just wasn't receiving good care. I sent 2 other people to Klim and guess what; they were pushed to have
