Deserving of zero stars. Wish I'd reviewed before buying something there the many claims against them made to the Better Business Bureau and many reports of maltreatment of customers once you walk out the door with their merchandise (they're all smiles before you give them your money). Better Business Bureau claims are concerned with unacceptable behavior in a retailer across the board--delivery, broken or nonworking goods, etc. Hard to believe they want to stay in business. Worth driving many miles out of your way to go elsewhere and shop with retailers who are on the up and up. Under new ownership which does not care....Yuck.
