Review content:
The prices here are somewhat high compared to other local establishments. In the past, I've had good experiences with the clerks (both younger gentlemen). I've never had direct communication with the owner until today, and unfortunately, because of it, I will most likely never buy anything here again.\r

*I do want to reiterate that I think the clerks are great; they are friendly and knowledgeable.* \r

The owner, who butted in to my contact with the clerk, was condescending and callous. I told the owner (politely and tactfully) that I felt he was being disrespectful to me. The owner went on the attack, targeting my particular law enforcement status in a way I can only describe is belittling. With what the store charges for their merchandise, I would expect professional and humble customer service.\r

I chose California Police Equipment because I felt they were a more professional alternative than certain retailers. Traveling to the their storefront is somewhat out of the way for me an
