This is a family business that my family has been using for years. It would seem that when the father retired, things went downhill.\r \r I took personal time off work, at my own expense, to be home for the delivery of a dryer. The delivery guy/the brother came to the house and realized that it was a two man job. He told me he would go back to the shop (pick up the dryer that he hadn't brought on the truck) and find someone to help him. The last thing he said to me was, "I'll be back within the hour." He never came back, and I didn't even get a phone call.\r \r I called the next day to complain, and a very unapologetic sister said that he couldn't do the job alone, and furthermore he was sick. We agreed that as soon as he was well, he and his son would make a Saturday delivery. She said she would call me as soon as they could schedule one. \r \r When I called back 2 weeks later and complained that I had not heard anything from them, she again apologetically informed me that he couldn't do th
