If for some reason you hire this company, I recommend you pay VERY close attention to what Mr. Black is billing you for. I spoke with several people that he sued for his payment in full. Everyone I spoke with agreed that Pete Black only wanted to ensure another service call with the client. Each service call costs roughly $180.00 whether or not work is done. Here's what happens : the plumber shows up for the first service call and inspects the situation. Plumber decides that parts need to be ordered. When the parts come in another service call is made and the plumber decides that these parts won't work or that more parts are needed and or his work is not done professionally and he needs to come back and fix a leak for example. Remember, his goal is to ensure another expensive service call. He also sued me for payment in full. Magistrate ruled in favor of Mr. Black. I appealed and the judge ruled in my favor 100%.
