On my third and final trip to a dealership to purchase a vehicle, I wondered into Bob Baker's.... My salesrep was Mark, an experienced and excellent gentleman and salesman. He pulled all the stops out to get me in a vehicle "I" liked and in the pricing and budget I needed. I hit a snag, because my credit union was only approving me up to a certain amount. At that point, pushed away from the table and was giving up--3 strikes out. Mark, my salesrep, would not let me give up, and he wasn't giving up on me. I said he wouldn't go through all the challenges if he didn't think they could sell me a car. Well 1 hour more in, I drove out of the dealership with the car I wanted, and at the price my credit union had approved. There were some mechanical issues, but they are on top of it. I take my car in Tuesday to have my concerns addressed. AWESOME JOB, BOB BAKER TEAM!!!\r
