When my Mother In Law needed an electrical wheelchair, we were given a list of names of providers and told to go through and find the one we preferred.
After talking to several companies, the only people that seemed to take a personal interest in her case was Mediequip. They offered to come to her home and bring a few models for her to choose from or for her to set up an appointment.
We chose to go to their facility to see the entire product line and were not disappointed.
From the moment we entered the store, we were the focus of the salesman's attention. He was patient, walked us through each step and made sure that we understood every aspect of operating and taking care of the equipment we were about to purchase.
After deciding which model she wanted, the staff told her that it could take a week to get in, but we were surprised when they called the next day to tell us they'd called around and found one for her. They delivered it to her home and stayed until she felt comfor
